Share Your Amazon Prime Shipping Benefits
Free or paid Amazon Prime members can share their shipping benefits with up to four additional family members living in the same household. If you purchase a Prime membership for a small business, you may invite up to four co-workers to shop with this corporate account.
To manage sharing your Amazon Prime shipping benefits:
Important: You must use the Amazon.com Full Site (not mobile) to invite household members.
Go to Manage Prime Membership .
Click Invite a household member.
You can then do the following:
Share your shipping benefits by entering the name, relationship, birthday, and e-mail address of the person you'd like to share the benefits with along with your birthday.
Note: The person you invite will need to know the month and day of your birthday to accept the invitation.
Stop sharing your shipping benefits with someone by selecting the bullet next to their name and then click Remove.
Other Amazon Prime membership benefits such as Prime Instant Video and the Kindle Owners' Lending Library can't be shared unless both accounts are "Adults" in the same Amazon Household. Go to About Amazon Households for more information.
Amazon Student members receiving Amazon Prime shipping benefits and customers receiving free 30 days of Amazon Prime benefits with Kindle Fire won't be able to share their shipping benefits. If the member sharing their shipping benefits switches to the Amazon Prime shipping benefits offered by one of these programs, they will continue sharing with people added prior to the switch. However, the primary member won't be able to share with additional people or change the people they're currently sharing with.
