You can return many items sold on Amazon.com. When you return an item, you may see different return options depending on the seller, item, or reason for return.

Next to the item or order, select Return or replace items.Select your item (if applicable), your reason for returning it, and explain the reason for your return.
Select to issue a refund or replacement, if applicable. For items sold from an Amazon seller, you will see "Submit return request". The Amazon seller reviews return requests before issuing a refund or replacement. If you do not receive a response within two business days, you can submit an A-to-z Guarantee claim. Select your return shipping options and how you'll obtain your return label. For items sold on Amazon.com, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return. To learn more, see About Refunds.
If you select a shipping option that requires a return label, it will be emailed to the email associated with your Amazon account and accessible from Manage returns. Manage returns (https://www.amazon.com/gp/orc/returns/history/view/ref=orc_hp_p_exr).You can also select to mail your label to the shipping address listed on your order or email it to another email address.
Tip: Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, don't include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box.
