About Scheduled Delivery for Heavy or Bulky ItemsSome carriers offer Scheduled Delivery shipping to select customer destinations for certain heavy or bulky items. If an item is eligible for Scheduled Delivery, you'll see the option to select a delivery ZIP code on the detail page. To use this shipping option, enter your ZIP code into the Schedule a delivery box on the item's detail page. If delivery times are available, you'll be able to choose the delivery date that works best for you. If the recipient isn't at home at the time of delivery, the product will be placed in a secure area near the entrance. Carrier delivery dates don't affect shipping charges. You can't cancel or make changes to an order that has already been delivered or is en route. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, please contact the merchant to check on your order status and to cancel the order. You'll find contact information located in the order summary in Your Account. Note: Scheduled Delivery service isn't available for P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories and Freely Associated States.
