Do I need to use the Amazon MP3 Downloader to download an MP3?
The MP3 Downloader is only required to download full albums from the Amazon MP3 Store or multiple tracks at once from Amazon Cloud Player for Web if you use a Mac. You can download your Cloud Player music to your PC computer using Cloud Player for PC.
If you prefer not to install the Amazon MP3 Downloader when buying songs, choose "Skip installation and continue" if prompted to install the Downloader. Please also choose "Save" when prompted to download the .mp3 file by your Web browser. Choosing "Open" will start your default media player but will not save the file to your computer.
