Buying at Marketplace
Ordering Basics
Shipping TimesSellers should ship items within 2 business days. Domestic packages sent via standard shipping are expected to arrive within 4 to 14 business days (they may take as long as 21 business days). Domestic expedited shipments are expected to arrive within 2 to 6 business days (in some cases, they may take as long 12 business days). International shipments are expected to arrive in 3 to 6 weeks (they may take 8 to 12 weeks due to delays in customs). Buyer and Seller LimitsAs a means of protecting customer accounts, we limit the number and dollar amount of orders placed with sellers. These limits, called "velocity limits," are applied to both buyers and sellers. Your buyer purchasing limit is set at $2,475 for any single transaction from an Amazon Marketplace seller. Orders that exceed this limit are automatically cancelled by our system, and we send a notification e-mail. Seller limits may vary by seller, and we cannot reveal specific velocity amounts. If a seller is unable to accept payment when you place your order, the order will be cancelled by our system and we will notify you by e-mail. Your credit card will not be charged. At that time, you may wish to return to our Web site to place a new order with a different seller. Or, if you wish, you may try to place your order with the same seller at a later time. Your Payment InformationWe disburse funds to your seller from your credit card but do not pass along your credit card information. In some cases, we will provide a merchant with up to the last five digits of your credit card number for identification purposes. Additionally, the Amazon.com A-to-z Guarantee covers you for purchases of up to $2,500. Amazon.com's RoleBecause we are not directly involved in the completion of sales arranged on Amazon Marketplace, you will need to contact the seller directly for the following issues:
You can contact the seller through Your Account. Locate the Order Summary and click the "Problem with this order?" button, then select the "Contact Seller" button to e-mail the seller. After You OrderWe expect all Amazon Marketplace sellers to maintain a high standard of customer service. When necessary, your seller should handle returns and refunds, and cancellation requests.
