Contact Third-Party Sellers

You can contact third-party sellers directly to request that your order be cancelled, ask about the shipping or delivery status of your order, or to request a change to your order.

To contact a third-party seller:
  1. Do one of the following:
    • Go to the product listing on Amazon.com and click the third-party seller's name.
    • Go to Your Orders, find your order in the list, and click seller profile.
  2. On the third-party seller's storefront, click contact the seller under Further Information.
Note: Third-party sellers are required to have valid e-mail addresses on file in their Third-party seller Account. If your e-mail to a third-party seller bounces, please report this. You will not receive a reply to your report, but our Investigations team will follow up with the third-party seller. To report a violation, go to Contact Us.
