How to cancel or
change an order fulfilled by Amazon, Merchant, or Marketplace seller.
You can cancel
items or orders that haven't shipped by visiting the
Orders section in
To cancel an item
or an entire order:
Note: Orders that have
shipped cannot be modified and the
Items button will not appear.
- Select the check
box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel
the entire order, select all of the items.

Account, it was successfully canceled.
If your order shipped directly from Amazon.com and cannot be
modified, you may refuse the package or return it using our
