Why haven’t I received my first issue yet?

Check your first issue delivery estimates in Subscription manager to see when you should expect your first issue to arrive. If your delivery status says "Your first issue should have arrived by now" but you haven't yet received an issue, please contact customer service using the "Report a problem" link for that magazine. We will send your request to the publisher and the publisher will correct the problem.

How do I report a problem with my subscription?

To report a problem with your subscription, click on "Report a problem" link for the magazine and fill out the form. We will send your request to the publisher, who will correct the problem for you.
