Amazon and Internet Explorer have not been getting along since the latest set of patches from Microsoft last week. Try using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox.

Or, if you still want to use IE, turn off Active X, then delete your cache, cookies and temporary files. Then, reboot your computer.

Does that work? They might want to know that over on the customer support forum - this has been coming up there all week.

There was another post earlier today from someone who had contacted CS about the problem. CS didn't tell them to reboot their computer, so it didn't work, but after I told them to reboot their computer, they never posted that it still didn't work. Maybe I shouldn't assume.

I can't try it myself because IE9 is working great for me.

And I don't use IE at all lately, so I haven't seen the problem. I guess we can wait until someone confirms it. Thanks.

I don't have a windows box... :) I did just set my Mac up to dual boot mac os and Linux, though... I did mess it up somehow, and have to hold down option during boot to get to mac os... Need to figure that out sometime, but not urgent for now. :)
