Selecting options to narrow search results

The problem I'm having is that after selecting options to narrow my search results, I discovered that a lot (read most) of the search results were only included due to miscategorization.

(Example:) http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_p_n_feature_keywords_6?rh=n%3A172282%2Cn%3A!493964%2Cn%3A541966%2Cn%3A1232597011%2Ck%3Atablet%2Cp_n_size_browse-bin%3A1254618011%2Cp_n_feature_keywords_browse-bin%3A5557544011c5557546011c5557543011c5557545011&bbn=1232597011&keywords=tablet&ie=UTF8&qid=1344463835&rnid=5557541011

I suppose the question is; Does amazon do anything to prevent these problems?

You could report it to CS. But with the number of criteria you have selected, its possibly those are the only ones that match the port configs you were looking for so they ranked em in order of what they thought was most important. For instance that it having android and micro USB and a 7" screen was more important than it being 8-10" and not having those ports.

To answer my own question, no they don't. Originally I posted this question because the problem could
a: the seller is not being truthful and wants more traffic
b: ignorance on the part of the seller... maybe the seller doesn't speak good English, maybe they just don't get the difference between RAM size and flash size
OR (as i found the answer to be,) c; the seller filled out the ad completely correctly, and whatever method amazon uses to narrow results doesn't work, and there's (seemingly) nobody at amazon to email regarding said failure.

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_p_n_feature_five_bro_2?rh=n%3A172282%2Cn%3A!493964%2Cn%3A541966%2Cn%3A1232597011%2Ck%3Atablet%2Cp_n_feature_five_browse-bin%3A673262011&bbn=1232597011&keywords=tablet&ie=UTF8&qid=1344466719&rnid=673240011

cleared screen size, and selected "2 GB RAM"... Note that in the link to result #5 it clearly says 256 MB RAM.

Use the yellow Contact Us button on the right side of the screen. Someone will get back to you and you will get your chance to tell them what you want.
