Question About Browser Player

So I've bought a couple music albums, and I want to download them onto my computer through the mp3 downloader, but I'm not sure how to get the files to the downloader, because the Cloud Player won't open in my browser, even though I have gotten it to open in the browser before. Help?

Is this the link you are using?
https://www.amazon.com/gp/dmusic/mp3/player

You need to be signed into your Amazon account. If using the above link doesn't work, you can contact mp3 Support from:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us/music-downloads.html

Yes, that's the link. I launch the app, but it shows the Amazon Cloud Player logo for a couple seconds and returns to the launch page.

EDIT: Could it be that my Flash program is out of date?
EDIT 2: On the Launch page, there is a small text box under the text, like so:

[Launch Amazon MP3 app]
The best way to play and download music on your Kindle Fire is using the built-in music application. To launch it now, tap the `Launch Amazon MP3 app' button below, then select `Amazon MP3.'
Hello, Chronic McDank. [Settings] [Sign Out] [Help]
[TEXT BOX]

What is it for?
Also, where is this 'Amazon MP3' that it prompts me to select?

I don't know enough about Cloud to answer your questions. It's best to ask the mp3 Support Team from:
