I am one of your Vine Reviewers and a Top 500 Reviewer. I have been trying to add several books I have recently reviewed to my Listmania Lists but cannot. When I search on the product to be added, I get a message that the search engine cannot find the book. This has happened with five different books so I know the problem is on your end.

I have, as well. It's actually been going on for a little over a week. It only seems to be books that are missing -- other products are easily findable.

Same here! I even tried searching under Books using the ISBN and it did not find it. But when I typed in the title and author's last name under All Products, it finally found it and I was able to add it to my list.

Been having the same trouble in Listmania! and on Science Fiction Discussion forum. Seems like other people can "add a product" on the forum, but I haven't been able to add any products for weeks.

Fix it yet Amazon? I'm using Firefox 6.0

Started a new thread and then found this one. I am a college professor who uses Listmania to direct students toward assigned readings. Amazon, you are losing quite a bit of money because of this. It's not just about users posting reviews. This is a revenue generating tool, and it should be prioritized.

We don't know how it works, but you could start with customer service. They may know the department you need to contact. You can use the Contact Us button to the upper right to reach them.

I have been unable to add DVDs to one of my Listmania lists. I have also been unable to create any new Listmania lists. I sent an E-mail to customer service, and got the following reply regarding Listmania lists. "Unfortunately, this feature is no longer available." Apparently, the good people at Amazon feel that Guides and Listmania lists are too redundant, and the Listmania Lists feature had to go. I strongly disagree with that.

It took a phone call and two E-mails before I got that response. Since E-mails are not private, I have copied and pasted most of that E-mail. "I'm sorry that you had such difficulty in receiving a response to your Listmania query.

Unfortunately, this feature is no longer available. Our phone agents may not know about it since we have a small specialized department handling these queries.

We are continually fine-tuning our website to provide our customers with the greatest value, selection, and information for their online purchasing decisions. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Also, I have passed your comments along to the appropriate person in our company to show that there are customers who are still interested in using the Listmania feature. We always value customer feedback like yours as it helps us continue to improve the service and selection we provide."
