Jeffnew, we're customers, just as you are. You're not writing to Amazon here. There are several ways to reach Amazon customer service, the easiest right now by clicking on the orange "Contact Us" rectangle on the right hand side of this page. I suggest that you lose some attitude and ask for help nicely rather than threaten.

One was mine. I'm less than impressed. Customers can give us rations of crap but we can't hand it back. If that's how it's played, pay me an hourly wage and I'll let losers treat me the same way they treat the actual CS agents who get paid for this crap. My post was the one at 8:41 pm PDT in which I called "Jeffy " down for engaging in a foot stomping, hold my breath until I turn blue temper tantrum that would do credit to a two year old. I then told him that if he was old enough to understand "Adult Speak" to take the time to actually READ the Cloud Help File and associated info. Apparently that makes me only slightly less evil than Darth Maul. Deleting HFP posts is dirty pool, no matter what the reason.

I may have considered it and even THOUGHT it, but I didn't STATE it. There was nothing there to justify its removal. Jeffy was acting a fool and I called him out on it. <shrug>
