I am buying your book... I am a diabetic and have been for two years.. I watch what I eat and still gaining weight.. My doctor keeps telling me to eat more whole grains and wheat bread, but I find myself and my husband getting fatter.. I need to stop this belly fat before I die..

Who knew? I was already at a pretty good weight, but my LDL cholesterol was way too high. I started the diet three weeks ago. Have lost about 6 pounds so far and pants fit better. I'll stay on for 90 days and then go back and see how my LDL looks. I think this thing will work!

I read the book and stopped eating wheat about 10 days ago. Starting to lose weight and my appetite has gone WAY down! No more cravings and smaller amounts of food fill me up. Acid reflux is gone. Was going to try this for just 2 weeks, but I think I'll just stick with this forever. I thought giving wheat up would be very difficult, but it hasn't been bad at all, and it definitely gets easier every day. Kudos to Dr. Davis for his research and this book!
