I have been baking, almost daily, from the SIMPLE CRUSTY BREAD recipe. It is the easiest yeast bread recipe I've ever made and substituting 2 cups of King Arthur Italian Flour blend make a lighter, more flavorful roll, loaf, artisan freeform loaf. Very exciting recipe. Saw the original article in the Post-Dispatch Food Section.

This is the most incredible, easy, and delicious bread recipe ever! Use all white flour (to hell with health), add some sugar, and you got it. Great crustiness on the outside, spongy and perfect on the inside. Like the stuff you get in nice restaurants that you accidentally fill up on before your food comes because it's just so delicious. YUM YUM YUM YUM!
