Originally sold as a new item via Fulfillment by Amazon, but the customer returned it. After carefully inspecting the item, everything looks like it is in good cosmetic order. There is indeed evidence that the previous customer did use the item, and I don't wish to hide that from you, although when I received the return, I did not attempt to actually use the item at all. Please note: Attaching the Filter Holder (which ships unattached to the unit for space considerations), is a bit tricky to attach, but it can be done. Since the previous owner did use it briefly, I cannot call this item as "Like New", so I must call it "Used: Very Good".
