New - 2010-Factory Sealed. The figure is in its original Hasbro retail packaging. The packaging looks good. The colors are bright and crisp and the plastic display covers are a clear color with "no" yellowing. The packaging show some shelf ware. There are "no" major creases running across the cardboard or the plastic display windows. The are "no" store or pricing stickers attached to the packaging. But... the packaging is a long ways from being perfect. The front, clear plastic, display window look nice. But... has some " light" scuff marks. The top panel of the package, the plastic and cardboard, have a couple of issues. There is a small scrap that runs across the clear plastic display window and most of the cardboard panels. The cardboard is "not" cut all the way threw, as there is no peeling of the cardboard or a white color showing from the undersurface of the cardboard. There is a small bend, to one of the corner, on the top of the box. The back corner, right hand side, has a bend or dog ear with a 3/4" crease running across the tip of the packing. Some of the edges, of the cardboard packaging, have "minor" dings and scuffs. On the bottom of the box, back right hand corner, there is a small crease. This crease is about 3/4" long and can only be seen when you are looking at the bottom of the box. The distractor I have mentioned are really not that bad. But... they are there. I am a collector, so I see problems where most people just see normal items. Over-all, this is a good, clean looking, collectible item. I bought this item, at retail, for my own collection. So... I thought it was a nice looking item before I bought it. PS-1, #4. « Show less
