I thought I would never replace my kindle with the keyboard, and then the mail carrier despite being in a case and padded made that choice for me. This device is amazing, the screen is fast and easy, the battery is a little less than the other kindle, but it has a light on it that keeps it going for about 4 weeks of everyday use before it kaput. The organization grows on you, and the connectivity of it is nice in a way that only those who are use to having amazon shop for them will come to appreciate.

Thus far, I can tell you I love the device. I have a kindle paperwhite that I use for reading, and I've long since staved off the purchase of another device. I say another, because in out house we have a Mac Pro, Macbook Pro, Ipad, 2 macbook's and one netbook. (we've since given away 3 of the laptops) So, buying another device that will sit wasn't on my agenda. As a writer, I didn't want something that played fart noises and has a dj turn table, and as a consumer I didn't want something that I could continue to use and upgrade as time goes on.
