The product arrived earlier than expected. Quality of the chair is good and assembly instruction clear. One of the parts arrived broken. The vendor's customer service department was very responsive when contacted, and promptly replaced the faulty part at their sole cost. The chair looks good and works well. I would definitely recommend it.

This massage chair is every bit as expected. Very good price for an excellent performing product. The control is very intuitive and the auto programs are well thought out. You can also use the manual mode to focus the massage on specific areas. The warranty offered is relatively short however.

Not good at all, November 18, 2008
This charger is very cheap. Pieces fall off easily. Not very well constructed product. I guess you get what you paid for!
