This application is not only a copyright infringement but a poor representation of the program that I wrote. It is unfortunate that a person can take the hard work of another and cheapen it. Worse, this person also sells the app, taking the work of another and trying to make money off of it. Disgusting. But typical of a person that knows nothing of hard work and integrity.
The 5/3/1 program isn't just numbers; and the spirit of this program can't exist in some phony app. I would feel sorry for the creator of this program but realize that the world needs followers; but at least do it with a shred of decency and integrity. I'm embarrassed for you.

I've been championing this book for years now and my feelings haven't changed - this is THE book for strength training. I received a copy of the 3rd edition a couple of weeks ago and am in the process of re-reading the book. Not only is the book clear and logical but it is entertaining. This is the book you should buy your kids when they want to start lifting. This is the book you get your husband when he realizes he is way too fat. This is the book you buy yourself when you are done conforming to the ridiculous fitness trends of circuit-circus training and trendy chrome gyms.
This is the book that you buy when you want results.
