The slow motion and special effects are fun by themselves, but I expected Mission Impossible to follow the pattern of the TV series. By that I mean to have some obstacles that required intelligence and nifty gadgets to defeat. The obstacles in this movie required speed and explosions--no thought. The plot required no thought at all either. One dimensional characters....Read more
This is a great calculator for high school and beyond and meets SAT requirements.
This is nicer than the calculator I bought for college years ago and has far more capabilities. It should serve my son well for at least his four years in high school.
I bought this phone for my son's first phone. He's 11, but will be doing a lot of camps this summer so I wanted him to have a way to call if needed. With the pre-paid option, I can give him a $10 per month phone allowance. He gets to demonstrate that he CAN be responsible, but it's not a huge thing if he loses it. Either way he's learning, and it's a good basic phone. Nice voice quality. Good volume. I'm sure he'll have the MP3 features figured out soon....Read more
I've had this set for years and love it.
I made the mistake of taking it on a trip (driving 1st half) and flying on the 2nd half of the trip. To avoid having the set confiscated, I asked my hosts to mail it back to my home.
It hasn't arrived yet so I'm looking to replace it, and I can't find a better set so I'm probably going to buy a another set.
First let me say that I love using a trackball vs a mouse. I have been using the Kensington trackballs for years. BUT I'm getting tired of replacing them every couple of years. It's OK for work where someone else is footing the bill, but at home I'm switching to a Logitech. I have a Logitech Marble FX for my laptop, and it has lasted longer than my Expert Mouse Pro. I just got the Logitech Cordless Optical Trackman for my desktop. It also has mulitple buttons that I can reprogram to do what I used to do with the Kensington. Maybe it will wear out given the usage my desktop gets, and if it does I may go back to Kensington, but I can buy 2 Logitechs for the price of one Kensington......Read more
I love this movie and bought it for that reason, but I was disappointed to find that one side of the disc is blank, and there is no widescreen version on the disc. I guess they're not making DVD's like they used to... 5 stars for the movie, 3 for the DVD so an average of 4 stars....Read more
