I was reluctant in making this purchasing since the price of this boresighter was significantly more than the ones made into a bullet. I was glad that I did though. The SiteLite SL-100 boresighter exceeded my expectations. The construction of very good and it made of mostly metal. Unlike the bullet shaped boresighters, the SL-100 provides better accuracy since it uses various o-rings to help stabilize the the boresighter in the barrel. If you own multiple firearms and you are looking at the best boresighter at this price range, this is it.
NOTE: If you own a compact gun that has a barrel that is <3.5" (i.e. M&P Shield and Kahr PM9) the SL-100 will not work properly with it. The boresighter will seat too far out and the magnet at the front of the device will not connect. However, if you contact SiteLite they do offers a short barrel adapter which you can purchase through them if you want to use the boresighter for smaller guns. I have this adapter and it works fine.
The biggest draw to frog lube for me was that it was much safer to handle with my bare hands than the regular gun cleaner/lubricant that would be typically used for firearms. In my experience this cleaner works just as well as other brands....Read more
Like most of the reviews said, the 2nd Gen Nexus 7 is a huge improvement over the 1st Gen Nexus 7. The biggest difference is the display quality. The battery life is advertised to be shorter than it's 1st version but I have notice very similar battery life or maybe slightly longer life on the 2nd gen. At the 2nd Gen price point, there isn't a tablet I would rather have....Read more
Hollywood Forever maintained a consistent pacing throughout the book. This is a good example of a book that ends as strong as it started. The only blemish to this book is that the various plot twists throughout the book are somewhat predictable. Overall, I would recommend this book to anyone who wants a change of scenery from what they normally would read....Read more
The design and quality of this bag is very good. The front flap has an area for your spare magazines and there are also dividers can that separate the main compartment into multiple sections. This is a handy feature if you want to organize your ammo or firearms. Overall, this is a great range bag if you are only bringing 2 handguns. I typically bring about 100-200 rounds of ammo (mix of 9mm and 45 ACP), bare essential cleaning supplies (i.e. bore snakes), safety glasses, and 2 handguns. With the listed items, the range bag is already quite full. If you plan on carry more than 3 firearms you may need to look else where for a larger bag. If you only plan to carry 2 firearms look for a larger bag....Read more
This is the an excellent case for the Asus Transformer Prime. It has a magnet to keep the lid closed when on the go. The case also features 3 different angles that the tablet is allowed to stand at for browsing the web, watching videos etc. Cut outs are made so none of the tablets features are obstructed by the case (i.e. camera, micro sd slot, volume controls etc.)The case also has a Velcro backing so you can rotate your Transformer Prime vertically or horizontally when you want to.
The roocase case gives adequate protection for your Asus Transformer Prime whether you are traveling or sitting at home.
I bought this link remover because the link remover that came with my Paylak TSA9005 repair kit ending having the pin bending on me and the handle was falling apart. The quality of this one is much better than the one that came in that kit.
This one comes with 3 pins so if one breaks or bends you still have two replacements. The overall construction is also much more solid and precise. The handle on the link remover that came with the Paylak TSA9005 is made of cheap plastic and the threading is also plastic. At times, when I moved the pin in I can feel the handle wobble. This is not the case for the Paylak TSLK3 since it seems like the threading is made of metal.
If you are looking for a link remover that will last, this is the one to choose.
The Logitech G500 is the successor to the G5 laser gaming mouse. It is a well constructed mouse and features all the bells and whistles most high-end mouses will offer. I also own a Logitech G5 and many questions aimed at the G500 are whether or not it is worth upgrading from the G5.
Here are a list some of the differences and improvements that are on the G500:
1) Relocation of the dpi increase/decrease buttons
2) Scroll wheel is now dual-mode with a hyperfast scrolling feature
3) Has an additional button on the side of the mouse
4) Offers a maximum of 5700 dpi
5) Weight cage now supports only 27 grams instead of 36 grams
6) Weight cage no longer has an alignment track
7) Orange lights that indicate the dpi setting is now red
8) The thumb rest groove has been resculpted
9) The G500 has a smooth finish on the mouse shell unlike the G5
10) On-board memory, lets you save profiles so when you go from computer to computer you can plug-and-play.
-Better placement of the dpi increase/decrease buttons. It is now easier to change your dpi while gaming without awkwardly readjusting your hand position
-Smooth finish makes cleaning easier and increases overall comfort
-Hyperfast scrolling feature. Very useful when scrolling down through long documents or websites
-When in click-to-click scrolling mode, the scrolling is a little too sensitive which can be troublesome if you are playing a first-person shooter that uses the scroll wheel to change weapons.
-The three button cluster will vary from person to person. The buttons are placed very well for my hand.
-Some people have commented that the buttons on the side are too small, but they seem to be fine. The G5 side buttons are about 1.9 cm long and the G500 is about 1.8 cm long. The difference is negligible.
If you are looking for a mouse to replace your current mouse for gaming, I would strongly recommend the G500. It offers most of the features you could ever need for gaming. If you own a G5 and are wondering if you should upgrade to the G500, it completely depends if you like the changes listed above. All in all, this is one of the best gaming mouses I've used. I highly recommend this mouse regardless you are going to use it for gaming or just for web browsing you wouldn't be disappointed.
