All About Sleep: From Ideas While You Out by Jeff Warren	The World of Sleep Explained!, February 18, 2009 This 2 CD set is like a readers digest version of Jeff Warren's fantastic book, The Head Trip. We spend a third of our lives sleeping and yet most of us know so little about the subject. Jeff Warren takes you on a fun filled trip around the clock and into the world of sleep. I highly recommend this.

Counting Sheep: The Science and Pleasures of Sleep and Dreams by Paul Martin	Great Book!, February 18, 2009 Paul Martin has taken stacks of modern sleep research and turned it into a fascinating, entertaining and easy to read book. I credit his funny chapter on nocturnal erections as my inspiration for the creation of the Dream Director Erection Switch. Great book. I highly recommend it.

What you have here is a view of Buddhism free from dogma and religious baggage. This is Buddhism without the candles, incense, idols and other voodoo. No matter what your current beliefs (or non-beliefs), it will be hard to read this book and not find some bit of wisdom to take away and incorporate into your daily life.
