I got this because I wanted LOADS of foam, and I got it!
This is a fabulous frother, and I am THRILLED that I bought it.
My only minor issue is that the gizmo that is supposed to spin and froth the milk often won't spin on its own. I have to "prime" it first, but then it's fine.
What I mean is that the heat works and the frothing wheel often won't spin on its own. I have to stick my finger into the milk and touch the wheel until it starts spinning. No spin, no froth, so that's the only way to get the wheel turning.
