I bought this because I misplace my remote frequently, the piano black finish is pretty but hard to find, so I just increased my odds of finding the remote by having two. I have a 42", 47", and 55" vizio tvs and all the remotes work with all of the models so I wasn't concerned about a different model's remote not working. I like the two big clear buttons that control sound and channels so I prefered this style button layout. This one is slightly different then the remote that came with the 47" because the three buttons under the clear buttons control pip, swap, and freeze the picture instead of channel return or mute. I melted the plastic pasta server I had in the dishwasher. It made me feel like I have probably been ingesting heated plastic particles for a while and that concerned me so when I purchased a replacement I choose stainless steel. This product suits me just fine and is esthetically pleasing. It's a solid piece, those 3 knubs in the handle aren't pieces that could fall off but just impressions in the steel, so I suppose the only concern could be eventual rust but since I just purchased it that isn't an issue yet. I'm 5'9" mostly in the legs and I run so I have calf muscles. For me these aren't long enough by about four or five inches. I also would have liked a couple more inches give in width. I can get them on though and most legwarmers don't even go over my calves so these are larger, or they just have more give, then the average legwarmer. These are super soft and stretch a lot so they would fit on my arms comfortably without slipping since they are so stretchy.
