As a person who was totally unfamiliar with the benefits of vinegar, I was delighted to discover this updated book. I learned about the how vinegar helps to improve weight loss and digestion and can be used with pets and even as a cleaning product. This is a book that is a must-have for any health-conscious person's bookshelf. Thanks, Cal, for writing such a balanced, well-researched, understandable, and practical book.

Animals Are Souls, Too! offers wonderful insights into how souls, wearing animal bodies, operate in this world as carriers of love. The stories are short and digestible. I found them good to read at night, before bed, as a gentle reminder that there is love, light, and grace in a world that can often be dark. I especially liked the spiritual exercises that are scattered throughout the book. Nothing could be more fun than singing HU, a sacred name for God, to an animal.
