One of the reasons books exist is to pass along information--some of which you might learn on your own. But in such a complex proposal as online marketing, you're unlikely to pick up everything on your own, if for no other reason than the fact that each and every one of has a different approach to problem-solving.
In this book you an learn how highly successful online marketers get it done--without having to go through trial-and-error method and missing the unique wisdom that's offered herein.
Just looking at what the interviwees have accomplished is an education in itself. Go ahead: take a look at their online credentials ... and imagine each of them telling you… Read more

It's rare to find a book that you like and can share with just about anyone. For example, I like science fiction, but not everybody reads SF. Ditto for other kinds of reading--biographies, mysteries, etc.
Cincinnati Television is one of those rare books that appeals to just about everyone--even people who aren't frequent readers. Even people who haven't read a book in ten years will like this one.
For those who are more avid readers (or historians) Jim Friedman went to great lengths to make the book more than a simple chronicle of what happened when--which is what most books in this category seem to be. He contacted just about all of the local TV legends still… Read more

I opened this book looking forward to plenty of useful facts, good organization, and maybe even engaging writing.
I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed on all accounts.

I gave up counting the number of blogging books on the market. I can only recommend those I know--a short list. I'm not saying these are the absolute best guides, but each is an excellent resource with advice from the experts. And it has the advantage of being a short list, so you can put what&hellip Read more
"I've been working on a book. How can I get it published?" This is a question I get asked a lot. After some discussion I usually learn that what the writer really wants to know is how she can finish the book, and whether there's any way to know if it's any good.
Rather than tackle how to&hellip Read more

Favorites lists are subjective and changing, so it's almost beside the point to compile them. However, here are a a number of books that I reread and enjoy every time. This list will change from time to time. (Note that I'm not a critic, so I won't disparage you if you don't like what I like.)
In my list of favorite music, the same situation obtains as in books (and I won't consider you culturally or intellectually deficient if your tastes don't match mine).
