10-day California book tour a success

1:06 PM PST, January 26, 2007, updated at 2:49 AM PDT, September 11, 2007
I've had a whirlwind month of TV and radio appearances, speeches, and signings in a dozen North American cities. My friend and manager Katie drove with me all over Cali. Highlights include stopping by Book Passage at the San Francisco Ferry Terminal (Pier 1), Sacramento's Well-Being Fair, a meet-and-greet at my publisher's offices, and three Elephant Pharmacies. It was rad to see old friends and receive warm responses from readers -- especially from the hundreds at the UC Irvine InsideEdge breakfast, where I sold out of books. More good news -- Parallax Press sold the Korean book rights to The Cosmos in a Carrot! Check out PHOTOS from the tour on my Amazon site, as well as www.carmenyuen.com
