Eli the Stable Boy by Keith Ogorek
Eli the Stable Boy by Keith Ogorek

This is a delightful and wonderfully illustrated children's book extolling not only the importance of the first coming of Jesus, but the heartwarming obedience of a little boy striving to do right.

The brief and creative telling of the Christmas story is replete with biblical names (a nice touch), and the author shows his familiarity with not only the customs of the period, but the foods as well.

X-Acto Heavy-Duty 41 Pencil Sharpener - Heavy-Duty&hellip by X-Acto

As a middle school teacher, I was looking for the best heavy-duty sharpener I could find. Needless to say, this isn't it. I have been through FOUR, yes four--of these. They work fine for awhile, then one gets the infamous 'hum of death'. If you get a lifetime replacement warranty, maybe it's worth it. I just trusted the thing to work for a few years. Bad move. Four times.
