I bought this locally while waiting on an order of my regular cleanser. It's sort of like those apricot scrubs except the granules are very fine. I would say for sensitive skin or if you don't like anything rough on your face. I use it in the shower and it hasn't dried out my skin at all. A nice gentle scrub that I haven't seen advertised anywhere. I rate it 4 because it hasn't made any huge difference it my skin good or bad.

This is currently my everyday facial moisturizer. I don't have wrinkles so can't attest to how it works for that, but it's creamy and doesn't feel heavy on my face. A little goes a long way so I expect the jar to last a long time.

I had horrible stomach cramps and constipation for about a week. I suspected the balance of 'flora and fauna' in my GI tract was off so I went to my local health food store looking for something. After one pill the stomach cramps were gone. Constipation disappeared after the second pill. This is great stuff for stomach problems.
