The product arrived in a timely manner but was so hard and lumpy it was unusable. Contacted the seller twice requesting refund/replacement. No response. Attempted to post a negative review (not sure why it never appeared on Amazon) and finally got an email from them saying they's send me info to return item. They had not, and still have not.
