I've ordered this set of slim cases several times, and have always been impressed with the quality!
The common complaint is that some of the cases arrive broken. This is very easy since this is a fragile product. But this package arrived with two layers of boxes, and I am happy to say that there was not ONE broken case!!
Bought through MymorExpress here on Amazon (third party seller). A+ seller! Fast shipping too!
I was worried that this grip wouldn't be very solid since it was one of the "cheap ones." No problem there! This thing is solid, and mounts easily!
I have "average" hands, and this grip is on the large side. Men with large hands would probably love it! The storage compartment is nice, and I have batteries for my flashlight in there now.
I have it on an AR-15 right now, and even my wife and sister thought the gun was comfortable and easy to handle because of this grip.
I know use this on every shoot! It makes color correctly a snap!
It is very portable and fits into my camera bag nicely. I don't really feel the need for the strap in my situation, but I'm sure that is nice for people who are on a large set.
I have this hooked up to my AR-15, and have recorded several videos with it so far.
Some people were wondering if this was only suitable for paintball. This is VERY suitable for an AR-15! I shot around 120 rounds with it attached with no issue. My Countour is now solidly mounted to my front rail! Great product!
I own two of the smaller ones and now bought this larger 2.5 inch version.
GREAT tool, a must for the bag of any videographer these days who shoots with more than one camera or wants cameras in remote locations or weird locations. Hold my DSLRs just fine (even my large 7D with battery grip and 18-105 L lens).
The wrench does not offer enough "grip" for an AR-15 that has not been recently dismantled and is "loose." Since I bought mine new a few years ago, I wasn't able to get the stock loose at all with this tool, and will have to bring it to a gun smith. Totally useless for me. I did hear that if you have it loosened by another tool or a pro, then this tool would probably work. So I give it "1 star" because of that, but this kind of tool really should be able to dismantle even a new gun....Read more
