The Coming Collapse of the American Republic: And &hellip by Robert A. Hall

I received a signed copy from a friend with the instructions to read it before we meet again. At only 80 pages in length I thought that I would be done in an hour or two. Once I started reading I realized just how much information the book contained. There is an appendix with 4 pages of resources for additional information. The information in the book is also backed up with 21 pages of references for the controversial information contained in the book.
Needless to say the book is well written and the facts are backed up. Politically naïve, I learned a great deal about how self serving politicians sacrificed the welfare of our country to get reelected both on a state and federal… Read more
Lighting EVER Waterproof Power Adaptor For LED Str&hellip by Lighting EVER
I hate my under cabinet halogen lights. I have them over the stove, and all over the kitchen. They are too bright, hot, use a lot of energy, the bulbs do not last long, and the bulbs cost about $4.50 each. I wanted to switch over to LED under cabinet light fixtures. LED light fixtures are very expensive. I spent $50.00 on a 23" light. I could not afford to remove and throw away working halogen fixtures for expensive LED fixtures.

I thought I found the solution when I found a small round circuit board with LED lights on it that are compatible with the 12V halogen G4 socket (LED Light bulb, G4, 12V White). When I tried out the LED light bulb in the halogen fixture I… Read more

2.0 out of 5 stars 2/5 dead at 18 months, June 15, 2011
I purchased 5 of these timers from January to May 2010. I installed all of them myself and they worked beautifully. It is now June of 2011. Yesterday two of the timers died. One has entered the on off flicker and needs to be put out of it's misery. The second is making a loud buzzing sound and also will be removed.

I really liked the idea of the timer on switches that used to be left on by my wife and kids. I do not like installing and removing these switches and I am concerned now that these might be harmful when they fail. I think a better choice for me will be a regular switch but use a LED bulb that uses 8W power to produce 60W of light.
