I love the tactile experience of a book - the feel, the scent and how a great book evokes specific memories as to where you were when it was being read. So I had no time for the Kindle when it came out. I'm a gadget-girl, so many of my friends asked me and spoke to me about it, but I wasn't interested. I'm a book collector (w/the 5 overstocked bookcases to prove it!).
This all changed while taking my first vacation in 5 years.
