My hair seems to like shea butter, but I hate the smell of it raw and I'm not at a time in my life to make my own hair care products from scratch. I found this product at Target and decided to give it a try considering the price of the other things that I was buying ( more expensive than Cantu but cheaper than Carol's daughter and way cheaper than Miss Jessie's). The shampoo of this product smells just as nice and I would recommend that you use them together. It clumps and forms your curls very nicely and you don't have to use too much of it to do so. I wear my hair naturally curly and this conditioner is strong enough to keep them from turning into a frizz ball but light enough that I don't feel like I have 5 lbs. of product on my head. It's great at preventing split ends and I don't remember having any single hair knots to my hair either. Other than it's great composition for maintaining strong, healthy hair, the scent is heavenly. It's a lovely, light smell of coconut and a number of tropical scented oils that has a feel good vibe to it as you smell it through out the day. This my second Kirra hoodie and I fell in love with it all over again. The fleece on the inside of the jacket with really soft and doesn't get all over my tops and fits snuggly around my frame. This is more of a moving into the spring from winter or a fall kind of hoodie because of the warmth factor. And when the time comes I'm definately buying another one in this style and make.
