A favorite among our students, November 30, 2011

True Philippine Ghost Stories are among the favorite books of our high school students. They would read one of the books during their free time. Some of our copies were really worn out that they would need to be replaced.

The setting of the stories are all in the Philippines.

I bought this book at a local bookstore because it was all about soup and it was on sale. I was delighted when I was browsing this book because there were so many ways to make soups. I also learned the importance of stocks in making soups. Stocks gave the flavor to the ordinary soup. The photos were also enticing, giving a new twist in soup making.
