This book is a good 600 pages and too heavy for me to carry around in my purse daily. I admire Hilary greatly and was excited to read this book, but I couldn't get past page 200 - and believe me, I tried. The book is really dense and thorough with a huge amount of names and people I couldn't get straight.
If you like a dense, detailed read, then this is for you. If you wanted lighter reading, then find another bio.
I bought these double sided papers to use instead of the core kits - you just have to spend a little time cutting them and you save money ($30 for the core kit vs $8 for these.) I love the idea of Project Life and these pages - my album is turning out really cute. The problem I have with these pages are that the vertical picture pages and the horizontal picture pages are different sizes. The verticals are about 1/4 - 1/2 inch larger in the width, so they stick out farther than the horizontal ones. These pages are pretty expensive, so I'd expect them to all be the same size!
I bought these shoes after reading all the great reviews, but I had awful luck with them. After about a month, the cork heel wore down and I'll now have to pay to get them resoled. They also rubbed horrible blisters on the top of my feet and I had to buy moleskin and coat the inside of the leather to stop my feet from bleeding.
They're cute, but paying even more money to pad them and have them resoled, makes these shoes not worth it!
This lens hood is great! It fits my camera perfectly and is nice, hard plastic. I've started using lens hoods instead of UV filters because it protects the glass and you get a clearer image without shooting through an extra filter. Such a good, inexpensive buy....Read more
