Not as awful as the last one in this series, but still pretty bad. There wasn't much of a plot other than Sasha running back and forth between New Orleans and Colorado. There were too many secondary characters to care about. The villains were too easy to defeat and the battle scenes were anticlimactic. The sex scene was graphic to the point of hilarity ("lapping up the ooze?" Come on now). Basically, not that great of a book at all. What started out as a fairly interesting series (despite the obvious similarities to Werewolf: The Apocalypse) has turned into the same old paranormal romance drivel. If you're interested in this series, just read the first two books and stop
