I had a reacher (cannot remember what brand) for years. The problem with mine was that it came apart in the middle to purposefully fold up to put away. It also locked in that position and that's where mine broke in half. It has taken me quite awhile to find the correct one for me. First off, this one does not break down in the middle. It has an approx. 30" extension of your hand. Opposite the clawlike side which you use for grabbing items, there's a magnetic end for picking up pins, paper clips, etc. Arrives all put together and the price is phenomenal.

I own and have purchased so many screen savers for different electronics that I can't count. Some have been very difficult to apply, some very easy.
This one was the easiest one ever to apply and did not leave my Fire with any air bubbles. I've even purchased Zagg protectors and those, imo, were the absolute worst, despite being the most expensive,
As far as seeing the Fire's screen, I don't have a problem. It really blocks the suns rays well and does not hinder your sight in any way whether outside or inside, whether in a lighted room or in a darkened room.

My daughter bought me two of these the other day at one of our local big box stores. I live in FL so that tells you a little bit of why I needed this. I am also on medications, like the other reviewer is, and I sweat profusely when outside. I just opened one fan a few days ago and one blade has already fallen off and I cannot find it anywhere! SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy a better one! I'm looking here on Amazon now for one that won't fall apart...
