Burak graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor of science in electrical engineering in 2001. After working in software project management in Austin, TX for two years, he realized that his heart was in teaching. Hence, he started his own consulting company specializing in training, operating in Washington, DC and Barcelona, Spain. He then received his MBA from Duke University in 2007. He is currently working in the Strategic Planning department of one of the most prominent energy companies in the world. Burak is married to golden-hearted Ruby Powers.

If your tax return goes through without a problem, TurboTax might be okay. Yet, if there is a problem, TurboTax's approach to customer service is to give you the run-around ad nauseam until you get the message that TurboTax does not care no matter how serious the situation is. Here is the synopsis of my situation:
