I usually wait until there are a few reviews out for a game before I buy it, but I was so intrigued by the concept of Turning Point: Fall of Liberty that I thought I would take a chance. Having just come off great games like Call of Duty 4, Assassin's creed, Bioshock, Mass Effect (you get the idea..) ... I was fairly disappointed by how unintuitive the controls of this game are. They aren't the worst, by far, but certainly felt sloppy in light of other better games I have recently played. So I came home one day to find a box on my porch containing my new TV stand. Excited about my new TV (which was coming the next day) I tore open the box to put together the new stand. The instructions were in 8 fairly simple steps. If you've ever put together furniture of any kind, this will be simple for you as long as you don't tighten the bolts until the end! I had to put on "wings" to accommodate my 56" TV (The stand is adjustable 50"-61") and was having trouble getting them on until I loosened everything else and that made it easier.

When I first started looking at buying an HDTV I talked to my friends that had them. The response I got was, "DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!" My friend had an early model of the DLP 50" and sent it back after a week. The problem he had was with sound and video not syncing due to the delay caused by up-converting to 1080p.
