I received this as a gift and was surprised with the professionalism of the workout. Nicole speaks clearly and slowly enough that you can actually understand the steps.
Clear, precise instructions, added moves for variety. A good solid workout.

I have read and loved everything, and I do mean everything, by this author until the last Betsy book and now Wolf at the Door.
It's almost as though there is now a ghost-writer putting these out - it's disjointed and agonizing to try to read.
Where everything else always grabbed me in the first chapter, I am now laboring through the 5th chapter and still nothing makes sense.
What a sad disappointment. One star and that is only because it is the least you can rate.

This will be the last MaryJanice Davidson book that I buy in advance - if ever I purchase again, it will be used and much cheaper!
