The weight and feel of the flatware is heavy and smooth; I expected lighter materials and was pleasantly surprised. They are elegant looking and feel great to use. I have found nothing negative about the set and the design is very pretty. The price is right too!...Read more
I loved the first movie and the second installment was not disappointing. Okay, Gru is evil but he is also a model boss, keeping his minions informed and work conditions outstanding. I wish my office had a rec room and an ice cream bar! The music in the movie is spot on and it has humor for all ages; there is even a nod to "The Love Boat." The final credits, like the first movie, strutted out the minons to demonstrate the amazing 3D effects. The kids around me kept trying to catch the bubbles! See it in the theater (stay until the lights come up) and put this one on your pre-order list....Read more
The two side tables, temperature gauge, charcoal wells (2) and the ash-catching pot at the bottom are features the less expensive Weber grills lack. Assembly was easy and I put mine together in under an hour. Pieces are well made and solid. Instructions are reasonably fool-proof. Tables have tool hangers. Lowe's has the Chimney Starter for a lower price and it is better than using starter fluid. No chemicals and the coals start up on two sheets of newspaper. Go to SAM's and get their steam table foil trays for indirect grilling; they are cheaper than the Weber versions. The box and grill weigh 73 lbs so plan accordingly. Hinged grilling surface provides easy access to add charcoal without having to pull everything off. I haven't found it cheaper and have not regretted the expense. The food is marvelous!
Update: I've had this grill for three years now and stand by the quality. The cover has lost some of the paint on the inside but everything else is like new. I use the coal baskets on the side for most of my cooking; indirect heat with soaked wood chips or a branch of fresh pineapple sage is my "go to" mode for cooking poultry and pork. Wheels have held up nicely since I roll this thing in and out of my garage, in all kinds of weather.
The book's layout and writing make reading it cover to cover easy. The questions and topics cover the types of questions found in the exam, to include the scenario-based questions. The testing CD is worth the price of the book....Read more
I had no intention of seeing the movie because I could not stand the bubble-gum music of Abba. The video store was out of everything I wanted to see so I rented the movie so I could see what my coworkers were raving about. Well, it did have Streep and I'd watch Brosnan peel potatoes all day...he is yummy! What I didn't count on was how good the movie was and I'm very distressed to see that I find myself singing the songs and even buying the DVD. Abba? Julie Waters' version of "Take a chance" is wonderful and Streep's "Winner takes it all" made me cry. Granted, Brosnan's singing is a tad painful but it was passable. I loved the movie and now I'm a fan. I wish they had a package that had both the DVD and the CD soundtrack of the movie bundled....Read more
