This is the real deal. I'm on day 36 and feel much better. It's a time committment (about an hour a day) but it's really fun if you like to workout at all, and they have really thought about everything in terms of showing both men and women, both easy, medium and hard modifications for each move, free weights and bands, and so forth. This is a really polished program.

I'm a longtime cog fan -- yes, I do have everything they've ever released (to my knowledge). This ranks among their best session, and importantly, has dramatically improved sound quality. Previous recordings by Incognito have been unevenly recorded/mixed, to the point where I rarely listen to "eleven" even though the music is great. Tales is well balanced with a rich, but detailed sound. Great album from a great band!

No joke, this is truly one of the greatest albums of all time, by any artist in my book. My family and I have listened to it almost non-stop for the last 10 years.
The piano/bass combo is musical and lyrical, pretty without being precious, relaxing but energizing, and gorgeously recorded. I've collected almost half of the CD's on Todd Garfinkle's MA recordings label, and while they are all special in some way, this is the one that any music lover will enjoy. Listen to the samples and if you like them at all, it's worth purchasing.
Also, great bonus track on the end...
