Perfect fit for my Dewalt sander. Took less than 5 mins to change. Once again I have corners. Glad I bought 2 so I'll have a spare on hand. Fits Dewalt and Porter-Cable.

Restored my Porter-Cable palm sander to like new condition. Of particular note
is the fact the aluminum backer is intregal with the new pad. Just take out the
4 torx screws and bolt it on. Couldn't be easier or better designed. Must not
be from China. Go for it. Others allude to this fitting other palm sanders too.

Just as David Newton reported, it fit my DeWalt 1/4 Sheet Palm Grip Sander Model# D26441K perfectly. And Dewalt's part was about $25 instead of $7, which has me very irked. I may be a full-time Porter Cable supporter from now on!

I ordered this for my Dewalt palm sander. The old one I had was chewed to bits.
It was easy to change with just a screwdriver. The original pad I had seemed like rubber but this one is more like a cushion. Its a bit thicker but it works fine.
It arrived in a box and it says Made in the USA

These are nice OEM pads that seem very durable, but something I missed was that these pads are made from a very soft foam material and DON'T work well for sandpaper with self adhesive backing. These seem to be designed to work best with standard paper that clips onto the sander. Trying to pull a very sticky used piece of sandpaper off results in a torn Porter Cable pad...

If your desire is to use adhesive backed paper, which is really convenient, buy the DeWalt pads. Those pads will fit just fine and are made with a harder rubber. The DeWalt ones will not tear as easy when trying to pull off an old worn out piece of self adhesive paper.

Everything included, but the mounting screws... save yours, and don't strip them out.
They will work just fine.

I bought two simply because of habit, not because these are flimsy...
they are seemingly as robust as the originals.

You can't tell from the pic, but this pad comes with the attached aluminum packing plate. Simply remove the 4 screws from the existing unit, line this one up and put the screws back and your good to go ! There is a slight difference in two air holes compared to the original, but it appears to have zero effect on operation. Very pleased for the price.

I bought two, one for the current damaged one, and a backup for the future.

This replacement pad is well worth the price. It was very easy to replace.

My porter cable sander was a few years old and the only thing that wore

down was the pad. It took about five minutes to replace and now it works like new.

I purchased the pad in hopes that it would fit my sander and it did, the original replacement pad from the dealer or online was 3 to 4 time more costly then this one. So yes I`m happy with this purchase.
Note it has 2 less holes in it from the dealer pad but makes no difference when using it

It was so nice to find a replacement part for this sander. Seems that is the biggest complaint I have with so many tools is that needed parts and repairs cannot be found at a reasonable price. This was wonderful.
