This is a brief video that shows you the highlights of the Batcave. It does come with the Batman, Robin, and Robin's motorcycle that is shown in the video. This is probably my son's favorite toy. He plays with it all the time, and carries it around like a best buddy. It is one of the best purchases we have made

As an old-school Bat-Fan I was excited to buy this playset for my two young sons and upon opening it, I immediately got a classic Mego comic action heroes type vibe. Comes with black and grey batman, robin, bat-computer, bat-cycle, Robin's staff/hook weapon, 2 batarangs. The Batcave has a load of gimmicks including:

Elevator that stops on three floors (including coming out through the roof as a hatch flips up), an opening iris window, a slide out rock panel that reveals a platform with missile launcher, opening front gateway, opening side hatch and ramp for batcycle, clear plastic prison cell a'la Hannibal Lechter's cell, a winch and hook, side stairs and side entrance on 2nd floor, the large bat-symbol in the center is actually a smoked plastic window, a couple other clear windows, ladders, staircases, all kinds of molded details like control panels, a bat-bed and stuff. The only downside I could possibly point to would be that Robin doesn't have a cape, but all the Batmen have cloth capes.

I also bought the batmobile ($10), the cockpit opens, the turbo flame spins as it rolls and at the press of a button the grille flips out to become a capture claw. Comes with a batman. The Joker and Joker cycle, press the button and a hammer bashes the ground. The Penguin, with a spinning umbrella-copter backpack and 2 penguin hench-beasts (one of which has a roller ball in its stomach so it can slide around on its belly like a penguin sliding on ice. Also bought the blue and grey batman who comes with a bat glider and a bat-grapple that has a winch that automatically reels the grapple back in so that if you have it in batman's hands it will cause him to climb up the side of whatever the grapple is hooked onto. All those figures are about $5.99 each.

My kids and I played with it for hours upon opening. Weeks later they are both still playing with it. Easily one of the best toy purchases of the year. I may have to buy one for myself.

We gave this to our son for his 3rd birthday. He and his 5 year old sister played with it during every free moment for 3 days straight! He still loves it. There are so many Batman toys for older kids, this one is PERFECT for the younger ones. There are so many fun parts to this toy, and little hands can work it. The only thing he asks for help with is putting Batman on his Batcycle, but I don't mind because I see him having so much fun. Definitely worth the money!

Bought this for my nephew. BIG HIT! He and my son (ages 4&5) absolutely loved this! My son is asking Santa for one as well. Allows kids to use their imagination and have their own batman "movie set". Kinda like a boy version of a barbir house. No Complaints.

My son got this, the batcopter, and batmobile for his 4th birthday and he loves them all. As always, i'm impressed by the durability of Imaginext toys. My son is more impressed by all the activities to choose from in the batcave! He loves the batmobile and batcopter, too, which are also part of the line. Great product!

We've had this Batcave for 4 years now and they don't even make it anymore, but, it is such a high quality toy that I owe it to the designers to review it. It is that good. The people who made it really packed in play value and thought of so much. Plus, it is durable. Ok, so the computer bank is pretty lame but the rest is so quality. I've played with the 2nd generation of this Batcave (the tall version) and it doesn't come close to being as good of a toy. So, buy this toy used if you have to because any kid who loves Batman or superheroes will love this toy.

This reminds me a bit of the old Skeletor Castle and it's awesome! My 6 year old son loves this thing and takes it everywhere. It's high quality plastic, durable, and so inventive. All the different doors and hatches are so cool that I couldn't argue when my son picked it out at the store. Plus, it has a bunch of different guys you can buy and their vehicles so the whole "set thing" works for multiple birthdays, Christmas, etc. gifts. He currently has it set up in his room and it is definitely a favorite toy around here. Price is reasonable and though we've had it for almost a year, nothing has broken or come off. Buy this for your batman kid because it's a great purchase that will last! Yay Fisher Price!

My son is 7 and I was worried that this would be a "Baby toy" - but boy was I wrong - he LOVES this toy and all the wonderful additions that go with it. His imagination kicks into high gear and he explores and plays for long stretches of fun. His playdates immediately gravitate to the set up and it encourages his friends to play along with him.

As far as action figure set ups go - this is top notch. It's sturdy and the pieces are put together well. There are several things to do within the batcave and it looks cool - so it's a big hit. I can even get my husband to play with my son with it, who instantly regresses to a child and lavishes in the glory of superheroes.

I'm sure this will be a toy we keep out for years to come.

I bought this on sale after Xmas last yr, my daughter is now 3, still plays almost daily! Her Disney princesses have to get saved by batman, joker swings from the hook, robin rides up & down the elevator, there is NO END to what you can come up with for this toy. I highly recommend for toddler and preschool age groups. Money well spent.

The toy was great! However beware the black hanging string in the front. It looks like packaging string and can be inadvertently cut if your not careful. The manufacturers should have secured it in a manner so that its clear its part of the toy. IE Put a do not cut label on it!
