I actually never write reviews but always seem to rely on them when I am purchasing items so thought I should return the favor.
The unit came as promised 2 days(prime shipping) in excellent condition, well protected. Very easy instructions and all the pieces labled for assembly. Took me about 1 hour while watching TV to put together. I did use a power drill for the skrews.
The draws are off a little, nothing that prevents them form closing. The finish is super nice. My husband actually commented on how "nice" it looked in the dinning room. Hopes this helps anyone who might be interested in purchasing.

My husband and I purchased this dresser to use in our nursery. We searched high and low for changing table and/or dressers that could be used as a changing table and were disappointed with what we found. Most were cheaply made particleboard items, and we wanted something that could last and look great. This dresser didn't disappoint, especially at the sale price that it's now offered at. It did come in a million pieces, but everything was packaged well and there was no damage. My husband assembled the item in about 2 hours and it looks great! I especially love the detailing on the side of the dresser. It's a unique piece that we can use as the baby grows up. It would also be great for adults, though, as it is a sophisticated design.

The product arrived very quick, and without any dammage. The dresser took maybe an hour to complete, instructions were very well put togher. Everything was labled, including each bag of screws/each piece of wood/etc.

I am extreemly pleased with the end product, and think it will hold together nicely. It does have the metal rail systems, but each one is very solidly mounted to wood for the entire lenght of the track.

The only drawback is that it is that it is not quite as deep as a traditional dresser, but will work wonderfully none the less. Our non skid changing pad fits on top of it perfectly, and infant clothes fold nicely into the smaller drawers.

I disagree with another comment that it was quick and easy to assemble. It takes several hours to put together, and some instructions require awkward positioning of the assembler and his (or her) screwdriver. You can count on a blister or two or some soreness the next day. And I'm generally pretty decent at putting things together. Using a drill screwdriver would have made it go a bit quicker, but not by half.

As for quality, I would say it is average to above average. We're not talking Bradford here, but it is decent enough for the price. I would put it on par with a similar-style Pottery Barn drawer chest I have that is slightly larger and was twice the price. It is smaller chest than a typical bedroom drawer chest, but I may acquire another one and put them side-by-side, as in some of the example photos. It's perfectly adequate for child's bedroom or as a storage piece in the common area of a home.

The instructions contemplate that the drawers may initially be uneven and provide suggestions on how to remedy this. Even after following these instructions and making the adjustments, the drawers on mine are still not perfect, but close enough. One of the drawers simply does not slide well no matter what I do...the track is perhaps slightly bent or something. But that is not surprising given what you're paying for here, and I've gotten the drawer close enough to satisfactory working condition.

It does look very good when fully assembled, and the black matte finish goes well with similar-style pieces from other brands. Overall a good value.

I ordered this chest on a Sunday and it arrived by Wednesday. It was packaged extremely well which prevented any damage from occurring. The instructions were easy and all the pieces (including the hardware) were labeled. The predrilled holes actually matched up and the chest assembled quickly and easily!! I highly recommend this chest!!

This is poorly made product line- from the finish to the structure. I don't know how this will even last a year. I purchased two drawer chests and two night stands for a bedroom. Completely regret purchase- IKEA furniture is ten times stronger that this! Complete waste of money! Returns are impossible- would have to spend more money to ship back that it is worth!

I bought this dresser as a changing table/dresser for the nursery. The smaller size helped with our space issue and the height is perfect for easy diaper changing. The only thing I was disappointed with was the color. It is not a true white dresser- it has an ivory undertone. It was however, not worth returning because of the color differential. We just strategically arranged the room to make sure it wasn't against our other true white furniture. Overall great product with smooth one-hand operating drawers (a must for a diaper changing station)!

This item looks good, easy to put together, and relatively inexpensive. But it is not made of solid wood as advertised by the seller. May be the top and side, that is it and most other pieces are made of pressed wood!! Besides, some of the wood work chips and breaks when the screws were attached. This item reinforces the idea why you should buy furniture and some other items from your local furniture store even if the cost is a bit higher. This looks a lot like a product I bought from Raymour and Flannigan for twice the price. But the quality is not even half. Then you might wonder why I gave 4-stars. I think it looks good and might serve the purpose for a teen room or a basement.

While the instructions are clear and concise the overall quality is lacking. The wood is cheap, the precut pieces aren't at all even resulting in crooked drawers and uneven gaps. I was very careful with each piece, laying out cardboard before assembling the whole thing. Even with prior experience assembling and making from the ground up, several pieces of wood furniture, this preassembled drawer chest is a serious pain to assemble. Furthermore, the drawers don't pull out evenly and are rather flimsy. It is extremely disappointing that after putting all of the cautious time into assembling it that it turns out uneven because of how all the pre-cut pieces were made.

Do not buy, I will be returning the two I bought.
