My friend bought these sheets and told me about them -as soon as I felt them I knew I had to get some too (especially at this price). These are super soft sheets. I don't think they're 100% cotton 1800 thread count sheets -but they are still SUPER soft, and if they were I'm sure they'd cost a LOT more than $26. My friend bought them in the king size aqua blue color and they are beautiful, exactly how the color looks online (and fit her bed exactly). I bought two sets of these sheets, one in the gold/camel color to give as a Christmas gift (beautiful color!) and one for my own bed. I was torn on what to get for my own and I ended up choosing the beige/cream color and am SO glad I did. The beige color looks really ugly (IMO) online, but in person is much prettier. It's an ivory color that goes perfectly with all my other bedding. Also, I'm SO glad I ordered it instead of white because although these sheets are REALLY soft, they are also kind of thin. My pillows have a pattern on them that would show through if I'd gotten the white sheets. The pattern is just barely noticeable (to me) with the beige sheets. But I'm still SO glad I ordered them.

These are the BEST deal I've ever gotten on sheets. I've paid much more money for sheets that weren't nearly this soft. If it wasn't just before Christmas (and all my family's extra money going towards gifts) I'd be buying extra sets for my bedding and my guest bedroom. All the colors I've seen so far have been beautiful and these sheets feel SO good when I sleep in them! My husband also loves them too & definitely noticed a difference. :) Definitely recommend these sheets and don't be afraid to order them in the beige/cream color, they're much prettier in person.

One month UPDATE:

After a month of using these sheets (and washing them) I feel like I need to take a star off of my review. I still am very glad that I bought them and still like them, but find the thin-ness to be somewhat problematic. I have to wash them pretty frequently when they make the sheet-rounds to our bed. All my other sets of sheets are a lot sturdier than this set and I've never had this problem with sheets before except in a VERY cheap set I bought from TJ Maxx a few years ago... (although they weren't nearly so soft as these; they were real cotton and a low thread count, although very thin, as these are...). These sheets BUNCH and the fitted sheet does not stay on my mattress. After a few nights of sleeping on these sheets they are coming off of my mattress, bunching up and I feel the need to just rip them all off of my bed and re-wash them (where, after they're clean, they are sent to the bottom of my bedsheets stack. I cannot imagine having ONLY these sheets (or mutliple pairs of these sheets) as my only sheets... I have sheets from various department stores as well as Walmart (they make better sheets than you think! Especially the high-thread count ones, you can get a good deal on I find) and I've never had this problem before... ever... except, again, in that one super cheap pair that I got from TJ Maxx...

I don't want to knock these sheets, because I still love them, but I definitely think that anyone taking the time to read these reviews before they purchase needs to know that they're not perfect. I still stand by my original review and won't edit it, but after living with these sheets for about a month I find they're not quite as perfect as I thought they'd be. Also, I bought my set for $26. I'm not sure if I would buy them for $36 (the current price as I write this review 1/12/2013) knowing what I know now about them. $36 is still a good deal, but I'm just not sure if I'd spend the money on them. They feel super soft, but it's really bothersome that they won't stay on my bed...

You just have to laugh at the people who give these sheets a five-star rating. I'm hearing, "THESE SHEETS ARE SOOO SOFT!!!" or "MICROFIBER IS SOFTER THAN COTTON!!!" Boy, you people have been deprived. Yes, these are nice sheets but not 5-star nice. I've bought sheets from Kohl's Luxury Collection which are thicker and are actually egyptian cotton that will run circles around these sheet from Amazon. ***NOTICE*** that the item description doesn't actually SAY it's '1800 thread count.' It just says it's '1800 Series.' Very deceiving in my opinion. But hey, it's not their fault people fall for their marketing tactics. These sheets fall in line with the 300-500 thread count sets you'd find at your local department store.

Now on the other side of the coin, those of you who rated these at 1-star aren't being fair either. You're not sleeping on burlap here. In all honesty, these sheets are indeed nice. They are soft as everyone else is saying. What I'm saying is, that there are better out there -- but usually you have to pay for them. But for the price? Come on, you can't really go wrong with these. For $30 you have to keep your expectations in check. If you're on a budget, these sheets are a good BANG-FOR-YOUR-BUCK. Just don't think that you've found the holy grail of bedsheets here. At this price, you can buy two or three without breaking the bank.

Don't believe the hype. But I'll sleep well tonight with these 3-star sheets.

Sadly I was let down and disappointed. There are a lot of positive reviews, but here is my experience.

First the bad: I washed the sheets before I put them on my bed and the pillow case ripped along a seam the first time I washed it. Very poor quality of seams in the pillow cases. It was a gentle cycle cold/cold and tumble dry medium heat.

The good: They feel very soft, and are not see-through or appear to be thin in the sheet/fitted sheet area. Those seem more durable than the stitching on the pillow cases. I am sad to say that I will be returning them.

We've had these sheets for about 5 weeks. So disappointed! Their softness reminds me of flour - soft but gritty. They are not durable at all and already have a few holes.

I purchased the king set. Although the sheets are soft to the touch, the workmanship quality is extremely poor. The elastic in the fitted sheet is very loose and will not tighten around the mattress. I had to tuck over a foot of material all the way around the mattress and it is very loose. I put the set on a guest bed and have not slept on them but I am sure the fitted sheet will bunch up badly!!! The pillow cases have half the seam at the entry end not sown down. There is a three inch overlap that is just hanging loose on the inside of the case. Also, the sheets are very thin! You can see through them. I guess I learned a lesson. Stick with 100% Egyptian cotton.

Added a video due to questions.

I've not written a review before but could not let this one go. The sheets were not NOT Clara Clark Premier 1800. What I received was a generic, unknown fabric sheet set made in China (presumably polyester). The package says as soft as 1500 count, which means that they were not even that. Our 300-count set from the store have a tighter weave than these.

Bought these sheets expecting that the flat sheet was edged with the same 3 embroidered stripes as on the pillowcases, but it is plain & not very attractive at all. Even though the set is inexpensive, why would anyone want sheets that didn't match with the enclosed pillowcases? I would not have ordered them if I had known.

I ordered the yellow sheets. They are like a yellow-orange. They fit our king nicely and feel great! Would highly recommend. I'm glad I didn't listen to the recent negative reviews.

They're very soft and comfortable, but the workmanship is utter crap. Seams are very poorly sewn. Photos are of flat sheet, top and bottom hem.
