This book is really hard to read and kind of boring. I want to learn about happiness...and I think that should be a happy process. Not the title for me, but if you like more philosophical books, you'd probably love this one.

The book has a lot of good things to say. But it just takes so loooong to get there. Ive often said everyone seems to be saying the same thing, just in a different way, and I felt the same way about this book. There wasn't much here that I haven't heard before. Bottom line, I don't regret buying it. It is a book I can go back to when I need to, but it wasn't life changing.
