I have read every diet book out there. When I found the ivillage site and started reading the Fat Flush Board, I figured the Fat Flush Diet must be creating some pretty dramatic results. I bought Gittleman's first book BEYOND PRITIKIN to follow her program exactly and - wow - the Fat Flush started working on the very first day. I did FAT FLUSH for 6 weeks and then went to her other eating program which added in some carbs. I recommend this book to everyone. I am not hungry and have no cravings but best of all I have absolutely no desire to go back to my old eating habits.

I thought this book was great..I learned so much about the right kinds of fat and why we are all so overweight in this country. This author has amazing credentials and hands on experience which makes her writing so easy to read. Her Two Week fat Flush is my new diet secret that I will do every three months to get myself on track. I recommend this to every teenager, woman and man who want a timeless book that works no matter what the latest diet fad may be.. Bravo.

The diet program in this book is sensational..I not only lost weight but I feel good and all of my friends have noticed the difference. This woman sure knows her stuff and I hope to read the rest of her books some day, too.In the meantime, I am the most svelte I have been in years and plan to stay that way with the Two Week Fat Flush Diet Plan twice a year.
